*All custom-made or made-to-order products and bromeliads cannot be exchanged or returned.
*You have 5 days from receiving your order to make any type of claim. The product must be unused or undamaged by mishandling or washing with all labels and original packaging. *The customer is responsible for the costs of certified shipping scheduled for return or claim.
*Delivery time: once you make the payment depending on the selection of your design and if it is in stock 3 to 8 business days (keep this information in mind for your purchases on special dates and national highway conditions)

* Our raw materials for some designs come from small producers of natural wool and natural fibers in Colombia, we develop our activities with small sewing workshops mostly run by women heads of household.
*We use raw material suppliers that have good environmental practices and the highest quality to ensure that you have a design made to last and inherit.
*For custom designs, please note that all our designs are 100% handmade, we handle small stocks, since our practices are part of the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) responsible consumption.
